Public Security Notice: Unauthorized Impersonation Alert

Issued: 28 October 2026

At OneAsia, the security and trust of our clients, partners, and community are our highest priorities. As our regional presence continues to expand across APAC, we have observed an increase in fraudulent accounts and unauthorized third parties attempting to impersonate our brand and senior management. Please be informed that OneAsia will never conduct offline money transfers or request payments through informal channels.

How to Verify Legitimate OneAsia Communications and Payments:

Official Email Domains: All official business communications, quotes, and contracts are sent strictly from verified corporate domains (@oneas1a.com). We never use personal webmail addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, or WhatsApp personal accounts) for commercial dealings.

Official Invoicing & Banking Details: All payment requests must be accompanied by a formal invoice or debit note issued by the billing team of OneAsia. Remittances are payable only to corporate bank accounts registered under the company name of OneAsia, never to individual or third-party bank accounts.

Verification Before Payment: If you ever receive a payment request citing change of banking details, an urgent money transfer, or suspicious instructions from someone claiming to represent OneAsia in any capacity, please do not proceed without verifying with your assigned sales manager, or reach out directly to info@oneas1a.com.
