Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly and yearly productivity reports.
- Plans & schedules training for new staff. Ensures the training is conducted and completed as per the plan.
- Facilitate training and refreshers to develop team’s skills.
- Conduct periodic review of related policies and procedures and record keeping.
- Standardize procedure model and document practical operation manual & guideline.
- Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives.
- Regular review and enhance the delivering standardized services including physical access, remote hands and cabling.
- Take ownership of major incidents, manage communication, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Work with software team to deliver system initiatives, engage in development cycles, for internal tools and systems.
- Plan, prioritize, implement, and evaluate the operation improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in IT / Operations or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.
- Knowledge and experience in IT/ICT and Data Centre will be an advantage.
- Open to change and continuous improvement.
- Initiative, independent, self-driven, responsible and result oriented.
- Good supervisory, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
