Netherlands We’re delighted to have participated in the iCU Amsterdam 2018 on 18th and 19th September in Sofitel Legend the Grand Hotel in the Netherlands. iCU Amsterdam is an international event that brings C-level executives, influential leaders and major players to share, learn and collaborate. Our Founder and CEO, Charles Lee joined the panel discussion “Leadership, Strategy and Innovation – Succeed in Digital Transformation”, together with C-level executives from Telstra, City Network Hosting, Eurofiber and Megaport. The session highlighted challenges and criteria needed for telcos in order to successfully assist digital transformation for businesses.

Legan Group’s continual effort in the Programme of Leadership Enhancement for Serving Principals is recognised and receives the Partnership for Educational Excellence Award from The Education University of Hong Kong. This programme aims at enabling principals/ vice-principals to acquire a global perspective of leadership beyond the school context by attending seminars given by experienced leaders in different fields. Our staff shared business model, transferrable leadership knowledge, and skills with programme participants. The event is valuable as we had gained insight from different experts and a glimpse of the upcoming trend. Our colleague, Heng Wai Mun joined the Interconnection Panel Discussion: Telcos Vs. Data Center Providers: Analysing changes in both industry. In recent years, data center providers are acquiring telco business all in the name of the scale. With growing pressure on their core offerings, telcos are left trying to decide how best to allocate capital and drive further growth. The panel session has highlighted the challenges and changes within them.

Tsuen Wan West Sports Centre Organised by Club I.T. Sports HK, the Quarter Finals of the IT Industry Basketball Tournament was successfully held on 27 August (Sun).
