What a busy yet fruitful Retreat Week at our headquarters filled with intensive internal training, joyful team building, as well as culture, policy and know-how sharing. Business development directors from OneAsia Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and mainland China all travelled to our Hong Kong headquarters to join the training.

We also welcomed a record-breaking number of representatives from 7 regional offices of Legan Group, hosted over 30+ break-out sessions with key functions, and involved 60+ parties for idea exchanges. More importantly, we hope this training would encourage regional teams to localize the business framework adopted by headquarters and to leverage the resources of headquarters for mutual support.

United as a passionate team that works hard and plays hard, we enjoyed the brainstorming moments in training and the fantastic social gatherings! Great thanks and credits to all the presenters, training coordinators and participants!
